The Suffolk® Resistance Loop eliminates the need for hand weights and workout machines. With both a light and medium strength option, the loops can easily add variety to exercises and strengthen multiple muscles. Barre work can aslo be improved by using the resistance loop for plies, tendus, degages, and more. For more of a challenge, two or more bands can be used.
