Shoes must not be worn and must be in new, resellable condition along with their original packaging.

Shoe Exchange Policy:

Shoes must be returned in new condition, without any marks or soil.

Shoes must be returned in the original packaging and include all items they came with.

Shipping a Return/Exchange:
